More than just an introductory Property Management course
Our course for Property Managers is designed to meet the requirements of a Property Management Registration issued by SA Consumer and Business Services (SACBS). This registration allows you to work as a Property Manager under a licensed land agent. Once completed, you will have fulfilled the training requirements for applying for a Property Management Registration with SACBS. A formal statement of attainment will be issued after you successfully finish the course.
The Property Manager’s course is assessment-based and requires the completion of 13 basic modules of competency. While these modules cover the fundamental knowledge, our course provides more detailed and practical training on relevant topics that deal with real-world scenarios. By mastering these core competencies and skills, aspiring Property Managers can set themselves up for success in this challenging yet rewarding career.
